Resipi Donat


Semalam cuba buat donat dengan breadmaker lagi...ambil resipi drp myresipi.com juga...hasilnya donat yg sgt lembut dan gebu...begitulah menurut rakan2 yg rasa donat tersebut... Angah minta resipi...so di sini saya copy dan pastekan resipi donat ni...mmg berbaloi la buat...cumanya tepung tu saya letak lebih drp sukatan mrk...ie sambil uli sambil letak sampai la kita leh agak2 konsistensi dough tu dah tak lembik sgt...I would rate this 5 out of 5 but since tepung tu kena pandai2 agak2 sendiri, saya bagi 4 out of 5 :)

oh ye kalau buat guna breadmaker slightly different ngan resipi di bawah ini...letak seme ingredient mcam instruction book bread maker tu, pastu bagi dia uli n naik...lepas naik baru bulat2kan dan tunggu naik lagi...lepas tu baru goreng...

Bahan-bahan ( 18 biji - saiz besar )

  • 3 1/2 sudu kecil yis segera (instant dry yeast)
  • 1/4 cawan air suam
  • 1 1/2 cawan susu segar, pada suhu bilik ATAU dipanaskan sedikit
  • 1/2 cawan gula halus
  • 1 sudu kecil garam
  • 2 biji telur
  • 1/3 cawan shortening/butter
  • 5 cawan tepung gandum
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara-cara

  1. Masukkan air suam dan yis ke dalam mangkuk yang besar (mixing bowl), biar 5 minit atau sehingga berbui
  2. Masukkan susu, gula, garam, telur, shortening/butter dan 2 cawan tepung. Gaulkan sehingga sebati. Masukkan lagi tepung sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi doh. Uli doh sehingga permukaan ia jadi licin dan tidak melekat pada tangan.
  3. Tutup mangkuk dengan kain lembab atau plastic wrap dan biarkan pada suhu bilik sehingga naik dua kali ganda. Bagi yg ada breadmaker, boleh sediakan doh dlm bread maker macam buat roti.
  4. Taburkan sedikit tepung di atas papan canai, canaikan doh tadi kepada ketebalan 1/2 inci. Potong 'donut' dengan donut cutter. Bagi yg takde dunut cutter (macam sy), bahagikan doh kepada 18 bahagian yg seimbang. Bulatkan doh, buat lobang ditengah-tengah degan jari.
  5. Tutup donut dengan kain kering dan rehat selama 30 minit atau sehingga naik dua kali ganda.
  6. Panaskan minyak. Goreng donut dengan api kecil atau sederhana sehingga perang keemasan. Jangan guna api besar, nanti doh kat dalam tak masak.
  7. Toskan minyak. Salut degan icing semasa donut itu masih panas.

Resipi Roti Canai


Berikut adalah resepi roti canai yg diambil drp myresipi.com. Hasil resipi ni adalah roti canai diatas...sedap dan lembut...uli roti canai ni pun pakai breadmaker...sbb tu kot menjadi roti canainye, cumanye...tak pandai nak tebar dan buat berlapis2... jadi tak la sesedap di kedai..tapi rasa mmg ada...kuah dal pun amik kat myresipi.com gak..leh la search situ kalau nak buat...roti canas diatas ni letak telur, ala2 roti tempek...hehehe..overall disebabkan kelembutan roti canai ni, saya abgi 4 out of 5 stars!

Bahan-bahan ( 12-16 biji )

* 550 gm tepung gandum
* *250 gm air
* *1 egg-50gm
* *3 Tbsp susu pekat manis-60gm
* *1 tsp garam-6gm
* *1 tsp butter/margerin-15gm
* 1-2 Tbsp tepung gandum-untuk di tambah kalau terlebih lembik semasa menguli

Cara-cara

1. masukkan bahan * kedalam bekas, kacau hingga sebati

2. masukkan bancuhan air tadi kedalam tepung.

3. uli hingga jadi doh

4. rehatkan doh selama 10min

5. uli lagi selama 5min

6. **ulang step 4&5 sebanyak 3 kali.** Noticed-lepas kali ke 3 process uli&rehat, doh bertambah kenyal n tak melekat. so jgn risau kalau 1st process terasa doh melekat di tangan. kalau ranya lembik lg selepas 2nd time uli&rehat, tambah sedikit tepung(1 tbsp)

7. advisable uli guna tangan-tp nak pakai bread machine pun boleh. Utk bread machine. follow step 1,2,3 diatas. masukkan dlm machine: program basic bread..biarkan process selama 1hr

15min. selalunya doh lembik skit sebab temp bread maker. masa machine pause, kluarkan doh, uli kekejap dengan sedikit tepung. dan masukkan balik dlm machine.

8. bentuk bulat2. produce 12-16 biji depending on the size.perap selama 3jam atau lebih Dan boleh di kibar atau di tarik2.

Cinnamon Bun 1


Assalamualaikum wr wbt,

Weekend yg lepas, suami tersayang membelikan saya sebuah Bread Maker...jadi berkobar2 la semangat ingin mencuba , test, try gadget yg baru ini...dah cuba fruit bread, tapi x dan nak amik gamba, yg ini pula ialah cinnamon bun...resipi diambil drp allrecipi.com... cumanya saya kurangkan gula...dan terlebih yeast, so leh rasa yeast tersebut menurut kata kak yati...hehehe.. the texture seme lembut la, oh ye tak dan juga nak wat topping dia, so roti dibawah di buat tanpa topping pun...tapi sedap la juga, so i give this recipe a rating of 4 out of 5.

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 2 eggs, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup margarine, melted
  • 4 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup butter, softened

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
  2. After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  4. Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Dark chocolate cake 1


Another entry resipi...sy cuba buat kek ni sempena birthday sahabat saya yg dikasihi, Puan Fauziah...tekstur dan rasa kek ni oklah saya rasa (sebagai bukan penggemar kek coklat)...tapi menurut mrk yg dah rasa kek ni, katanya sedap, hehe...jadi mengambil kira feedback mrk, saya bagi rating 4 stars la utk kek ni.. (out of 5 stars)

Bagi yg ingin mencuba, dibawah adalah resipinya for 12 servings katanya, tapi dpt bnyk gak sy rasa...

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (saya letak 3/4 cup je)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee (ni sy tambah sendiri,bkn drp resipi asal)
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 1/4 cups white sugar (saya letak 1 3/4 cup je)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 3 - 9 inch round cake pans. In medium bowl, pour boiling water over cocoa, and whisk until smooth. Let mixture cool. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at time, then stir in vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the cocoa mixture. Spread batter evenly between the 3 prepared pans.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Chocolate Surprise Cupcake


Assalamualaikum wr wbt,

Hari ni cuba buat Chocolate Surprise Cupcake pulak... Sebenarnya saya sendiri dan suami tak minat sgt chocolate2 cake ni, tapi tadi bila tgk resipi cam best je, review pun ramai bagi 5 star, so teringin la nak mencuba alang2 seme bahan ada dirumah...

Compared ngan Blueberry muffin, yg cupcake ni taklah sesedap mana, texture dia pun tak semenarik blueberry muffin...or mungkin sbb saya yg tak minat choc cake...dlm resipi kata leh dapat 12 muffin, tapi sy dapat 8 tu pun hanya 6 yang di bakar, sebab yg dua terjatuh (dek menuang diatas dapur dan terlanggar lalu tertumpah, huhu)

Saya suspect muffin case yg dalam resipi tu kecil2 kot...sbb even ngan blueberry muffin tu pun dpt sikit drp di sebutkan...

Anyhow... I rate this cake a 3 star je la...not sure if i will make it again... tapi to those yg nak mencuba sy amik resipi di allrecipe.com... dibawah di paste kan resipinya..(jika teringin lah nak mencuba)..

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 egg
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, 1 and half cups sugar, cocoa, 1/2 teaspoon salt and baking soda. Stir in oil, water, vinegar and vanilla until blended. Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
  3. To make the filling: In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt until light and fluffy. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a heaping teaspoonful of the cream cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.


ps : persiapan nak wat cake ni sgt cepat, sy rasa dalam 10 minit camtu je...so kalau rasa tensen2 menulis or wat phd, leh la buat cake ni...huhu

Blueberry muffin recipe


Semalam, cuba buat blueberry muffin...dah lama dah beli blueberry tu, tapi takde masa nak buat lagi....skrg ni antara the best time nak wat muffin ni sbb blueberry tengah murah di pasaran, kat somerfield, 150g is only £1, normally £2!

Jumpa recipe ni kat allrecipe.com link here ... lepas tgk review resipi ni teruslah mencubanya... Alhamdulillah, the result is very very nice...the texture is very moist and soft plus the crumble on top makes it looks irresistible, hehe (seperti gambar diatas dan dibawah).

Resipi ni leh make 7 giant muffins, kalau wat kecil2, leh dapat 9 muffins kot...

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
  2. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
  3. To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
